This tag is great! It’s been on our dog’s collar for a few months now and it’s holding up really well. Sturdy and solid without being too heavy, even for my small dog. Looking forward to having it for at least 10 years!
Perfect items. Looks brilliant, and of a perfect quality. I am more than sure that these tags will last for more than a decade – they are sturdy and has quite a mass to them. Especially when compared to the cheap and thin versions that most stores offer. If I ever need another tag, I know where to go.
Delivery took a while, but I am confident that the problem was caused by my local post service. The problem was easily fixed why the owner, and most pleasantly and professional I might say. Brilliant service and the owner sound like a great human being.
I can STRONGLY recommend buying a tag (or several) from here!

Ah yes, we’ve been doing some special orders because people came along and asked us. Do we charge extra? No, not at the moment. Why not for heaven’s sake?! (that’s the voice of Mrs Tagmaster right there) we’re relatively new to the world of high-quality engraving and need the practice.

This is a favourite of mine partly because Benny is so bloomin’ gorgeous and partly because this customer is clearly a stylish designer. He was super-specific about the PRECISE line-up of the characters, I sent a few proofs and made a few amends. He was happy with the result and awarded us with these outstanding photos.

Something as simple as a dog ID tag should not bring so much pleasure upon its arrival but this did. The quality of the tag is superb : good weight, nice deep engraving with no sharp edges. The tag is guaranteed for 10 years and no other company I found is confident enough to offer that kind of guarantee. But, what made me smile when the tag arrived was the wonderful extra care shown with the packaging and the presentation. I won’t spoil the surprise for others but want to say ‘Thank You’ for making me smile, especially during these difficult times of fear, frustration and loneliness brought about by the pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns.
